Customer Service Agent (CSA)
Dept: Ground Handling - Passenger Handling
Location: KLIA/LCCT

Requirements:

* Posses SPM/STPM or Diploma in any discipline.
* Age between 18 – 30 years old, Male/Female.
* Good and attractive personality, able to speak English fluently.
* Ability to speak third language is an advantage (Mandarin/Tamil/Arabic, etc.)
* Able to work shift.
* The job will be based at KLIA/LCCT Terminals.

Job Responsibilities

* To ensure operational adequacy at the check-in desk or at the gate.
* To prepare a flight for check-in of gate duties.
* Process passengers and baggage in accordance to set procedures and airline requirement.
* Prepare and control airline documentation.
* Manage passenger load and process flow.

Duty Manager Quality Assurance
Dept: Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering, KESSB
Location: KLIA/LCCT

Requirements:

* Has a valid DCA LWTR in either category AC or EIR.
* Has at least five (5) years recent experience in aircraft maintenance environment in an approved maintenance organization.
* Has attended the appropriate aircraft type courses and holds type rated approvals on at least one aircraft type in the previous approved maintenance organization.
* Has exemplary work records, self-motivated and able to produce accurate reports.
* Are well versed in local and international regulatory and airworthiness requirements.
* Previous experience in Quality Assurance environment and having attended Lead Auditor, Train the Trainer and Regulatory requirement training will be an added.

Job Responsibilities

* Co-ordinates and provides proper quality assurance set–up and technical assistance to ensure and enable that the aircraft maintenance work performance and associated activities are accomplished in accordance with DCA, foreign aviation authorities and company requirements.

Logistics Assistant
Dept: Custom Freight Agent, KESSB
Location: KLIA

Requirements:

* SPM with credit in English preferable. Ability to communicate in English.
* Possess knowledge in logistics.
* Possess valid JPJ driving license.
* Able to work on shift and long hours.
* Possess own transport to work.
* To be based in Port Klang, Selangor.

Flight Operations Agent
Dept: Ground Handling - Aircraft Handling
Location: KLIA

Requirements:

* Posses SPM/STPM or Diploma in any discipline.
* Age between 18 – 30 years old, Male/Female.
* Good and attractive personality, able to speak English fluently.
* Able to work shift.
* The job will be based at KLIA/LCCT Terminals.
